Manchester United target Raphael Varane insists that he will leave Lens only for a club that can offer him regular football. The Red Devils have been linked with a move for the young defender over the past few months, and recent reports pointed towards a £9.2 million bid being made to secure his services.

But the 18-year-old, who has also been linked with moves to Manchester City, Paris-Saint Germain, Lyon, claims that he has offers on the table and will pick the one that will guarantee him regular time on the pitch.
"I know I have the choice. I can sign for a foreign club and move abroad, or I could join another club in Ligue 1," Varane said, according to The Sun. "What interests me is playing regularly and so I have to think carefully and go to a club that will allow me to progress."United have Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand as their first-choice centre-halves, while Chris Smalling and new signing Phil Jones will also be competing for a spot in the line-up.
